Nick Augustine, Account Executive, Institutional
Nick is a skilled public relations professional, experienced in relationship building, crafting power messages, media relations and writing. Nick has worked with organizations specializing in environment, economic development, human rights, democracy and more. Nick has worked at PR agencies including Momentum Communications and BerlinRosen, as well as in-house at The Cary Institute for Ecosystem Studies in Millbrook, NY.
Prior to his career in PR, Nick worked as a journalist on the digital desk at ABC7 New York, and as a reporter at the Hunts Point Express, during which time he won an Aronson Award for Social Justice Journalism.
Nick studied journalism and Political Science at the Hunter College of the City University of New York. He is originally from Oyster Bay, New York.
Kavita Tomlinson, Senior Director
Kavita leads the institutional client portfolio at DEY., where she manages a diverse range of clients.
An exacting communications strategist, she is a trusted source for DEY. clients, media, and influence partners alike, driving our thought leadership promotion, op-ed development and placement, and premium speaking opportunities.
Advising clients on every area of influence-building, Kavita regularly works with some of the most influential podcasts and media outlets. Annie Tressler, Account Supervisor
Annie is an account supervisor at DEY., where she brings strategic thinking, expert storytelling skills and deep relationships with both digital and broadcast outlets to her work. With a near encyclopedic knowledge of pop culture and the changing media landscape, she offers fresh perspective to brands and institutions on where and when their voice can most aptly meet the moment.
Prior to DEY., Annie worked in the external communications department at The New York Times, where she led communications efforts on culture-shifting initiatives like “The 1619 Project.”
Annie has also written for The New York Times, The Drift and others, and brings her journalistic sensibility to her work as a public relations professional.
She graduated from New York University’s Media, Culture and Communications department with honors. She hails from Scranton, Pennsylvania.
