Destiny Lilly, CSA, Casting Director, Only Murders in the Building
Destiny Lilly is a casting director with a deep love for innovative new projects. She sees herself as a creative matchmaker who brings creative teams together with performers to birth new and exciting partnerships. Destiny is an advocate for actors in the room, and she believes the casting process can be a positive experience for people on all sides of the process. She currently serves as the President of the Casting Society (CSA). She’s a 2 x Emmy-nominee and the recipient of 4 CSA Artios Awards. She’s proud to be a leader and an expert in her field. She believes casting can be a tool for positive change by impacting the images we see of each other and ourselves.
Destiny is based out of The Telsey Office in New York which allows her to work on theater, film, and television. She’s happy to travel for work and she has a base in LA as well as networks in Atlanta and London.
Santiago Quiñones, Co-Executive Producer, Blue Bloods
Santiago Quiñones is a seasoned film and television producer with a remarkable track record. As Co-Executive Producer of the hit CBS drama "Blue Bloods," he brings decades of experience to the screen. His extensive filmography boasts nearly 30 feature films, including blockbusters like "The Revenant," "Safe House," "Fast Five," and the beloved "Elf." Quiñones has collaborated with legendary directors such as Sidney Lumet, Spike Lee, Woody Allen, and Richard Donner, showcasing his versatility and expertise. His career, which began in New York City, in the Locations Department and has spanned continents from Africa to South America, exemplifies his adventurous spirit and dedication. A Syracuse University graduate with a degree in English Literature, Quiñones currently serves as Co-Chair of The New York City Film & Television Industry Production Council, Advisory Group, and resides in Manhattan with his family.
Holly Rymon, Producer, The Gilded Age
Holly Rymon is a New York-based freelance film and television producer with over 30 years of experience across a wide range of budgets, genres, and locations.
From 2017 to 2019, Holly served as Vice President of Production for Marvel TV, overseeing more than 75 episodes of television. Most recently, she has been the Line Producer for the first two seasons of HBO’s Emmy-winning series The Gilded Age and is currently a Producer for its third season.
Holly remains dedicated to supporting shows with top tier cast and crew, ensuring that those in front of and behind the camera have a positive and collaborative space to do their best work.
Moderator: Camila Brango, Director of Community, Center for Communication
Camila Brango is a seasoned media, communications, and public speaking professional with a dynamic background in journalism, marketing, and social media. She currently serves as the Director of Community at the Center for Communication, where she leads the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Center’s signature forums and summits. As the spokesperson of the Center, Camila not only represents the organization during events but also dedicates her time to mentoring young professionals looking to break into the media industry.

Before joining the Center, Camila held key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Avenues Real Estate, where she successfully expanded the company’s operations by establishing five new offices and increasing its social media presence. Her expertise has been honed at leading firms such as Ogilvy, Johnson & Johnson, Cami's Camera, UXPros, and Voice & Nation, where she made significant contributions to content creation and marketing strategies.
Camila Brango is recognized for her passion for sharing positive stories and uplifting news. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, she leverages her tech-savviness to connect with diverse audiences.
