Digital Marketing Coordinator - (Youtube)
The Digital Marketing Coordinator on the YouTube Operations, Publishing, & Optimization team will support the Disney Entertainment Digital Marketing team in executing YouTube channel publishing and operations.

This role supports the team with day-to-day channel operations responsibilities including content uploads and publishing, daily channel management, distribution calendar coordination, metadata management, Airtable usage, monetization settings, and more. This role will work in tandem with Creative on performance packaging, data-driven optimization, and more.
Communications Coordinator
The Communications Coordinator will support two Communications Executives and the broader Communications team across Universal Television Entertainment.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:
Perform administrative and department support tasks including phone coverage, calendar management, reconciling expenses, coordinating high profile internal and external executive meetings, programming listings, executive headshots, updating press lists and internal distribution lists, tracking press coverage, booking travel and other assignments as required
Support Senior Communications Executives in all areas including media relations, executive thought leadership and development of key messages / positioning.
Coordinate daily with teams in LA and UK to curate and summarize industry news, internal stories, and show clips
Help maintain and update key communications materials including messaging, talking points, and executive bios

Role Accountabilities Include:
Assisting with press release writing and asset coordination for Direct Market communications, working across Marketing, Sales, Publishing Editorial, Talent Management, Legal, Social and Digital Marketing teams.
Collaborating on the creative & messaging efforts for Digital and Print advertising materials.
Planning and placement of weekly Marvel Comics print ads in coordination with Operations and Production teams.
Assisting with Marvel Social Media activations for Publishing, including the build-out of social media assets while liaising between Marketing, Sales, Publishing Editorial, and Digital Marketing teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Applicants should have 1 year of Communications experience; social media, publishing, consumer products, TV network, film studio, podcast, or agency experience a plus
Current and classic knowledge of Marvel Comics titles and characters. Knowledge of comics industry, particularly key talent (writers and artists) a plus.
