Program Dates: September 14th, 2026 – November 20th, 2026 AND January 18th, 2027 – March 26th, 2027
REQUIREMENTS & ELIGIBILITY:Available 21 hours/week for both sessions
Ready to work full-time by June 2027 (no degree required)
U.S. resident during the program
18+ years old
Pay: $21/hour
Interviews will take place from March 17th– April 24th, with final hiring decisions made in late May.

Paramount is searching for a Coordinator to conceptualize and execute custom marketing solutions for advertising partners.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
0-2 years of Marketing experience within media/entertainment industry, digital/social publishers, promotions/advertising/creative agency, or branded entertainment/production company encouraged (strong internship experience considered)
Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate information to internal departments and external partners
Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Extremely detail oriented.
