Fox Chen is the co-founder and CTO at Mokuni LLC.  With a passion for game design and storytelling, Fox has led development in multiple mobile, AR, and VR projects. Fox holds a Master of Science degree from New York University.

VONNETTA EWING, DIRECTOR OF TALENT ACQUISITION, TAKE-TWO INTERACTIVE SOFTWARE INC.

Vonnetta Ewing, is a seasoned HR/Recruiting professional, having spent 17 years developing, leading, and executing recruiting strategies for small to large Fortune 500 companies.  Currently, she is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Take-Two Interactive Software Inc., where she leads the recruitment strategy for all of T2’s corporate management support functions in New York, Boston, Las Vegas, and Seattle.

 Prior to joining T2, Vonnetta spent most of her career as a Recruiting Consultant for Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Panasonic, Discovery Communications, Freddie Mac, and AOL.  As a Consultant, her main goals were to attract and hire the best talent domestically and internationally, while leading various HR/Recruiting initiatives that targeted employer branding, candidate experience, internship programs, recruiting platform implementations,  and coaching small teams of other recruiting professionals.

 Vonnetta earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Howard University, in Washington, DC.  Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Vonnetta’s career aspirations have taken her to many great cities, where after 11 years, she now calls NYC home.  When she is not strategizing on how to find the best talent for T2, Vonnetta enjoys traveling, cooking, riding her Peloton.

SUSANNA POLLACK, PRESIDENT, GAMES FOR CHANGE

As President of Games for Change (G4C), Susanna produces the annual Games for Change Festival, the largest gaming event in New York, dubbed by national media as “the Sundance of video games.” Susanna has initiated dozens of programs to advance the games for good sector for clients such as General Motors, Annenberg Foundation, American Express, the United Nations, Carnegie Foundation, and the Ad Council. Susanna also runs the G4C Student Challenge a city based games design competition where underserved, public middle and high school students create original digital games about real-world issues impacting their communities.

Prior to G4C, Susanna worked across both the commercial and public sector. She held senior positions at BBC Worldwide Americas, most recently as Senior Vice President of the TV distribution division for the US where she led a team of 20 to raise $50 million annually from co-production and sales of BBC’s award winning documentaries and scripted content. She was also Senior Vice President of BBC Worldwide’s Children’s division where she led youth-related initiatives in the US including channel and IP development.
