TOM HULCE, PRODUCER/DIRECTOR/ACTOR
Tom Hulce is an internationally acclaimed actor. For his Mozart in Amadeus, he received an Oscar nomination, a Golden Globe nomination, and won Italy's Donatello. He made his Broadway debut at 20, starring opposite Anthony Hopkins in Peter Shaffer's Equus. He also starred on Broadway in Aaron Sorkin's A Few Good Men and on London’s West End in The Normal Heart. His films include Dominick and Eugene, Parenthood, Animal House and voicing the title role in Disney’s Hunchback Of Notre Dame. For his acting work, Tom has received an Oscar nomination, 4 Golden Globe nominations, a Tony nomination, and 2 Emmy nominations, one of which he won.
As a producer, he presented the American premiere of Alan Bennett’s Talking Heads starring Annette Bening, Lynn Redgrave, and Tyne Daly. With partner Ira Pittelman, he developed and produced the Broadway musical Spring Awakening, winning 8 Tony Awards including Best Musical, and the Broadway smash Green Day’s American Idiot. Most recently, he and Ira organized the Kennedy Center concert production of Chess, directed by Michael Mayer with a new book by Danny Strong.
The two are currently producing the new musical Ain’t Too Proud – The Life and Times of The Temptations, written by Dominique Morisseau and directed by Des McAnuff, which completed a record-breaking pre-Broadway run at Berkeley Repertory Theater and premieres at the Kennedy Center in June.
Tom (as producer) and director Michael Mayer made their first film together, A Home At The End Of The World starring Colin Farrell, Robin Wright, Dallas Roberts, and Sissy Spacek. Their second film, The Seagull, stars Annette Bening, Saoirse Ronan, Corey Stoll, and Elizabeth Moss and will be released in May.

Rick Miramontez began his career, direct from college, as the press director of the Center Theatre Group / Ahmanson Theatre where he organized the campaigns for more than 25 major productions, including the RSC’s The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby and world premieres of Neil Simon’s Brighton Beach Memoirs and Biloxi Blues, and James Kirkwood’s infamous Legends! (starring Mary Martin and Carol Channing, and documented in Kirkwood’s hilarious book, “Diary of a Mad Playwright”).
From 1988-1996, Miramontez headed his own firm, Rick Miramontez Company, which represented many of the major arts events on the West Coast, including the American Premiere of Sunset Boulevard, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Cirque du Soleil at Santa Monica Pier, Los Angeles Festival, Pasadena Playhouse, The Groundlings, and UK/LA (the latter complete with Royal Visits by HRH The Prince of Wales and HRH The Duke of York).
In New York, Miramontez (with his friends and colleagues Richard Kornberg, John Barlow and Michael Hartman) was behind the press campaigns for Hairspray, Sweeney Todd, and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, among others, and was account executive for Rent, The Producers, and Long Day’s Journey Into Night, to name a few.
As President and Founder of O&M Co., he has represented many of Broadway's Tony Award-winning hits, including Dear Evan Hansen; Hello, Dolly!; Fun Home; Kinky Boots, Beautiful; The Humans; Clybourne Park; Hair; School of Rock; Cats; and Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark, to name a few. SUSAN VARGO, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, SPONGEBOB
While developing SpongeBob for Broadway, Ms. Vargo oversaw global live touring for Nickelodeon. She also managed the licensing of stage adaptations for Paramount Pictures including The First Wives Club, Mad Hot Ballroom, Leap of Faith, and Clueless. Prior to joining Nickelodeon, Ms. Vargo worked as a company manager for shows including Russell Simmons’ Def Poetry Jam, Beauty and the Beast, Chicago, Annie Get Your Gun, The Vagina Monologues, King David, The Last Five Years, I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change and The Thing About Men.
She also advises Fiery Angel Productions and Limelight Productions on licensing and acquisitions. She currently joined the team developing "Lights Out: Nat 'King' Cole" by Patricia McGregor & Coleman Domingo.

Mr. Bird has worked in the entertainment industry for the past 30 years. Mr. Bird has operated across traditional and digital media, launching three television networks, two online networks, producing thousands of hours of television programming and internet programming.
Mr. Bird was the CEO of online platform, The Viddiverse; ran TM Entertainment and Media, completing a reverse merger from a special purpose acquisition corp, buying a Chinese advertising company for $173MM. Mr. Bird served as senior vice president of kids and teens for AOL, controlling AOL’s 2–12 year olds and 13-17 year olds. Mr. Bird built the kids audience to be #4 in the US and teen audience to be #1 in the US.
Previously Mr. Bird career has been involved in publishing, radio, television development, television production, international business (looking after Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America for a Hollywood studio), multi platform business development. Mr. Bird has received two Emmy awards, nominated for a third and three Telly awards. Mr. Bird played major roles in the launch of three television networks, Nickelodeon UK, TeleMonticarlo Italy and USA Broadcasting in the US. During the launch of Nickelodeon in the UK Mr. Bird created the programming juggernaut “NickAlive” which propelled the then failing network to first place in three months.
