Folasade Adeoso, graphic designer, creative, and model, @lovefola

Folasade Adeoso is graphic designer, creative, and model. Folasade has worked in fashion, fitness, residential, university, and non-profit organizations. Folasade illuminates how products and services enliven her world, creating tangible value for brands. Partners range from Adidas, Tumblr, and Absolut to smaller companies she loves, like Curlbox, Origin Magazine, and Dana Bronfman jewelry.

Folasade can be found in publications like Vogue, V Magazine, and Essence, on the fashion runway, and as the face of Adidas and Tumblr. Featured three times in 2015 on, she has organically found an international reputation as muse for a daring crop of photographers and artists. She has acted in television and film and appears in videos for artists like Jill Scott, Jidenna, Melo-X, and Jesse Boykins III. Folasade's popular graphic art and self-portraiture has been covered in international press including, The Guardian, and displayed in individual and group art shows. Her growing audience is international and diverse, with a dynamic contingent of influential creatives.

Folasade is from Nigeria originally, raised in Toronto and currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.

Bea Iturregui is the Senior Director of Partnerships at Cycle, a media company which authentically celebrates popular culture. A native Floridian and alumni of Florida State University, Bea moved to New York City upon graduation to pursue a career in fashion. After working multiple positions within the industry, Bea found a true passion in social media. This led her to Cycle, where she has had the opportunity to create content across all verticals. Bea currently oversees all influencer and brand partnerships. She has worked with some of the top influencers around the world on campaigns including Amazon Kindle, LG, Beats by Dre, Nike Jordan, Coach and Veuve Clicquot.

Yena Kim, designer, stylist and photographer, @MenswearDog

Yena Kim is a designer, stylist and photographer who runs the social media accounts for the most stylish dog in the world- Menswear Dog. Born in Korea and raised in various parts of India, she found love for creative expression early on and studied Graphic Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology before moving to New York City to pursue Fashion Design at FIT. After internships at Oscar de la Renta, Calvin Klein and a BFA in Fashion Design, she worked as a designer at Ralph Lauren, creating special beaded pieces and overseeing production. When Menswear Dog went viral, she left her job to go on a strange and wonderful adventure with her dog, and the two are now inseparable.

Jeffrey Thacker, VP of Digital Content, Emmis Communications

Jeffrey Thacker leads digital strategy for Emmis Radio’s 24 stations nationwide, including powerhouse hip-hop stations ‘Hot 97’ WQHT New York and ‘Power 106’ KPWR Los Angeles.  Hot 97 alone has over 1.7 million YouTube subscribers to its network.


Moderator: Shruti Ganguly, co-founder, Fictionless

Shruti Ganguly is the co-founder and a partner at Fictionless, a film and video production company that focuses on digital series and branded content, narrative features, documentaries, and TV series with clients such as the United Nations, IMG, Sotheby's, ESPN, GE, Apple, NYU and the like.

Prior to Fictionless, she has run video departments and developed the video strategy at various media companies from MTV, to Condé Nast (crafting the CLIO-winning 73 Questions series), to being the VP of TV & Video at NYLON. Shruti has worked with James Franco and his Rabbit Bandini productions for the last four years on film and digital content, and produced feature films that have gone to Sundance, Venice, Berlin, Telluride, and so on. She is currently producing a feature with Keanu Reeves, and is developing several other scripted films and TV series.

Shruti hails from India by way of Oman, and loves scrabble, popcorn and scuba diving, in no particular order.
